PAHRUMP, NV, UNITED STATES, July 13, 2026 — Stimulus Broadband, a division of Stimulus Technologies and a leading provider of high-speed internet across Nevada and the Southwest, today announced plans to build a 500-mile fiber network in Pahrump. Supported by funding from the Nevada State Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF), the project will significantly expand access to fiber internet, making service available to more than 11,000 homes and businesses throughout the community.
Construction is expected to begin soon, with service becoming available in phases as work progresses. Once complete, the new fiber network will deliver internet speeds of up to 2,500 Mbps, providing residents and businesses with the speed and reliability needed for remote work, online learning, streaming, gaming and day-to-day operations.
The Pahrump project represents one of Stimulus Broadband’s largest infrastructure investments to date and reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to expanding reliable, high-speed internet across Nevada. “Reliable internet isn’t a luxury anymore, it’s essential infrastructure for how families connect, how students learn and how businesses grow,” said Nathan Whittacre, CEO of Stimulus Technologies. “Building this fiber network in Pahrump is an investment in the community’s future, and we’re excited to deliver the speed and reliability that residents and businesses deserve.”
